Our standard shipping rates are calculated dynamically during checkout based on parcel weight. We offer **Free Shipping** for all product orders exceeding a net value of **₹1,000**.
As soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center, we will update your order status to **SHIPPED**. You can view shipment updates and docket tracking details inside the **My Orders** logs in your member account panel.
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information, wrong contact mobile details, or non-availability of the recipient, the package will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery; additional courier fees may apply.
